Time Hours Discrepancy in Analytics

Hi Team,

Please help us on below Analytics custom date range time hours issue for SST timezone.

In Analytics Dashboard when I select the custom date range the time hours are taking from 8:00 am where as few other predefined reports like Developer Engagement, Target Performance and custom reports are taking 12:00 am as starting and ending hours of that particular date range.

Why the time hours are differing from one report to other in Analytics. Please let me know if you need any further details to answer.
