Hi @Anil Sagar @ Google

Need insight on below .

Use case - if there is any error in proxy execution based on the error code we have to send mail to particular DL .Also make a service call to create a ticket in our support system .

We are going to use SAAS version is there way to leverage to use our own mail server to send mail.

As per the given document not finding the option in apigee public cloud - https://docs.apigee.com/api-monitoring/alerts-notifications

Is this available to only premium customer ?.

Also if it is available can we call a custom service from the alerting system ?

Thanks,

Patty

It's not possible to configure your own custom mail server, but it is possible to configure your own custom webhook (see https://docs.apigee.com/api-monitoring/alerts-notifications#add) which you could use to send an email from your own server if you wrote a webhook to do that.

Thank you Christian King. I read the steps for webhook however not finding the similar option in apigee saas ui. Can not find the monitoring dashborad to setup alert. Could you please educate me this?

Thanks,

Patty

Are you on an enterprise licence and using the new UI?
