I am not sure if I am asking right question or understand how Apigee works. I am mobile app developer and I like test soap to rest api product?

I have Ubuntu 18.04 and I couldn't get any link to download and test Apigee?

How can I run community version on Ubuntu 18.04 (if available) ?

The easiest might be to use Edge Cloud (SaaS offering of Apigee) and create a Free Trial Account:
