Customize alert email/slack content

In API Monitoring feature, in case of incident, I want to customize email/slack alert content sent to client email/slack channel as current content is not sufficient i.e. I want to include more information derived from my API proxy so that it is easier for admin to track the issue. Is it possible?, I do not see how to do this in API Monitoring document.

I can use report feature to extract information from API proxy flow by using StatisticsCollector policy ,however, custom dimensions are only shown in report after 30 minutes which is too late and not suitable for an urgent incident notification. Anyway, it is just a report feature not urgent channel. Anyone has experience on this?. Thank you
