Is it possible to upload or update OpenAPI Spec via Apigee Management API or any other API call?

Hello everyone!

The use case is the following:

We need to update the Specs each time the TeamCity build is completed.

We assumed to do that using the Apigee API but didn't manage to find the correct endpoint.

I could probably post the request to https://apigee.com/organizations/{organization}/specs/doc (as it implemented in the Apigee UI) but I don't think it's a correct way.

I already read the related topics on the community portal but didn't find a solution for my use case
