Dev Portal Custom Email

Hello,

I'm trying to set up custom email content in Apigee's dev portal settings. When I test the email, I get the expected content back. However, when I actually try to register an account or reset password, I get Apigee's default email back.

I made sure to save the settings, and set up an SMTP server. Any thoughts on why it's still sending the default email?

Quick followup question on your given environment. Would it be possible to share with me the name of your organization and the name of your developer portal? You can email me directly if you like at corky@google.com.

Check section and you can customize

Home -> Administration -> Configuration -> People

The email templates are at the bottom of this page.

I'm not seeing this path within Apigee. Can you provide more detail or screenshots?

I think you may have misunderstood the original question
