federated credentials with the developer portal - unseen login button

we are using private cloud Edge and we are trying to do federated credentials with the developer portal, I have followed all the steps from this link

I have enabled Github, Twitter and OpenID modules in Developer portal, after enabling this modules I didn't get any buttons in Login form like "Authenticate with Twitter", "Authenticate with GitHub".

But after enabling OpenID module I can see the links "Log in using OpenID", "Cancel OpenID login".

I tried each module separately.

can some one help me how to get Github and Twitter buttons in login form, please let me know if I have to do any configuration to appear those buttons in login form.
