I guess you are looking for a data mapper which is available in most Integration tools.

Apigee is all about Rest/Soap services and hence we have OOTB JSON, XML, and XSLT policies. For payload formation, we have AssignMessage, Javascript policies.

Are you looking for any specific data transformation?

Do you want to have an easy drag and drop type of data mapper for complex payload structures?
