Proxy naming convention best practices when created from an Open API definition or Swagger spec

In our current project the proxy name is the same as the Swagger-spec name. But are there best practices on the naming convention for a proxy that is created from a swagger spec? Who should decide the proxy name in this case? I could not find any question on the community that answers this specific question. Any leads will be really helpful. Thanks in advance!
