Getting "Unable to create new spec" while uploading a new spec to the portal. This was working before, it's not working today. Can someone help please?

Can you crosscheck once whether the spec is in correct format and without any error, as well as follows the naming conventions?

@Priyadarshi Ajitav Jena I can upload it from the internal apigee specs space. I am not able to upload the same specs from my local desktop. I was able to do that earlier.
