Hello: we have a service that bounces some APIs through you, and a certificate somewhere in Apigee has expired and we cannot find it in the UI. Some folks here remember contacting you directly when this happened previously.

We need help - we need a phone contact to guide us.

This is a critical emergency - the service is DOWN.

I've updated your proxy with the new certificates you attached to the support case, and you should be up and running again. I'll email you separately to confirm.
