how to read the Json value in payload of Assign message policy in Java Script using Javascript callout policy.

Nope, I Can't help. Not sure what you are trying to do. Sorry, I don't understand.

Maybe you can elaborate. You wrote

READ the JSON value in PAYLOAD of AssignMessage...

That doesn't make sense to me. AssignMessage is not used to READ values. It is used to SET values.

You also wrote

read the Json value in payload of AssignMessage policy in Java Script using Javascript callout policy.

Well, which is it? Are you using AssignMessage or are you using JavaScript? Please clarify what you are asking.
