how to enable Postgres plugins in apigee-telegraf

Hi,

we are trying to enable Postgres plugin in apigee telegraf using the below steps but Postgres data is not updating in influxDB and Grafana:

# cd /opt/apigee/apigee-telegraf/source/conf

vi telegraf.conf

[[inputs.postgresql]]

address = "host=localhost user=postgres password=**** sslmode=disable"

/opt/apigee/apigee-service/bin/apigee-service apigee-telegraf restart

/opt/apigee/apigee-telegraf/conf/telegraf.conf file is updated, but still can't see postgresql when running "show tag keys" command in influxdb, please let us know missing something,
