We are on on-premise version of APIGEE and we are facing one issue with our external customer.
They are able to connect one proxy for access token generation but could not able to make requests to Business API proxy. From internal network we are able to connect to this endpoint.
Error: Error: connect ETIMEDOUT for IP X.X.X.X
Both Proxy for token generation and business proxy is on same enviornment:
Token calls is like:
https:///<host>/v1/oauth/token
business call is like:
https://<host>/v1/xyz/address
