Bootstrap theme related error in drupal based developer portal

I was using the Bootstrap theme for my developer portal being build using drupal and when i am performing the API calls there is a message "An internal error has occurred. Please retry your request. " ,after inspecting it ,I found that it is "DOMException: Failed to execute 'open' on 'XMLHttpRequest'". But if I am using some other default themes like garland,bartik it is working fine. Please do help me out.

If at all it is some drupal related issue can anyone provide me some material so that i can go through it to fix this issue .
