Analyze- Dashboard data not coming up

Hello All,

I need urgent help for my trial account. I have couple of running proxies in my trial account and have run them many times yet I am not seeing any data in the Analyze section. No data shows up under - API Performance, Cache Performance, Geomap, Target Performance etc....

Can someone please help me on urgent basis.

Can you make sure you are in the right API Environment in Analytics dashboard?

You might deployed APIs in test environment and making calls to test environment deployed APIs but your analytics might be referencing to prod environment.

I have ensured that I am referring to the right API Environment dashboard. Infact, I have checked for both test and prod and its the same. Can this be an issue because of trial account?

Dear Mr. Anil

I have an urgent question some how related to this topic. I need to update (customize ) the default dashboard by adding(or replacing it with ) one of our custom reports. is it Possible ? if yes , how ?
