Password reset not working

We are not getting the auto-generated mail containing password reset URL for EDGE UI after requesting to reset password.The last time we reset our password was on 22nd September, and it seems today it expired.

Are you using Apigee Public Cloud? Did you check you Spam folder in Mailbox?

I have checked it just now and everything works as expected.
