HostedTarget Deployment Error

Hello, I am getting following error when trying to deploy a sample hello world hosted target node.js app from Edge UI:

'Error Deploying to test: Duplicate key com.apigee.messaging.config.beans.HostedTargetRegion@1b182b4d'

This is being deployed into an evaluation organization. This error started today and seems to be ongoing. Has anyone seen this before or have any suggestion?

Hey Rajiv, we have successfully reproduced this bug and are working on finding the root cause. We do not have a workaround at this time.

We have found an issue that occurred during a database migration. This has been resolved. Can you please verify you can successfully deploy?
