our apigee components are running on default ports like below:
http://server1:9000 :edge ui
http://server1:8080 :management api
http://server2:8079 :dev portal
need to create the friendly host names(urls) for these components, please advise.
and also please advise on process to setup secure(https) urls for these apigee components edgeui, devportal and mangement api.
