Configuring TLS for Edge Management APIs

I am trying to Enable TLS for Edge Management APIs following the mentioned steps :-

https://docs.apigee.com/private-cloud/v4.18.05/configuring-ssl-management-api

But as soon we complete the steps, we are not able to access the management APIs either on Http or Https.
