Is it possible to restrict a developer to see Developer apps created by users belonging to a custom role ?

Let's say

a. We create a Custom Role "Custom"
b. Create two users User A and User B in custom Role "Custom"
c. User A creates Dev app A and User D creates Dev App B

Is it possible to restrict User A and User B to view only Dev App A and Dev App B ?

They should not be able to view any other Developer Apps.

Yes, this is possible, if you create the Custom Role as shown below.

Note the selection of just "Create" for proxies. Each new proxy created by users in this role will show up under the "Specific API Proxies" sections.

I'm trying to do the same thing as OP, but I'm not finding that new proxies created by users in this custom role appear in "Specific API Proxies" automatically. Is this is an automatic mechanism?

Yes it automatic, it was covered as a Coursera topic.

However, I just noticed this works fine in classic UI, but there seems to be issues creating proxies in new UI.

Yeah, you're right. The proxy does get added to the role properly when I create it in the Classic UI. Good to know... 🙂
