On-Prem Apigee: apigee-cassandra is dead after migration of the servers.While starting apigee cassandra,management-server and qpid were found dead.

I tried to manually set the new IP address for variable listen address and rcp address in cassandra.yaml but it gets override while starting cassandra. Tried to set the IP in /etc/host too but no luck.
