503 service unavailable error

I am getting 503 service unavailable error for a particular api. The root CA of target url server is not in trust store of apigee. Is it the possible reason of error?

Hi Samit,

If you are observing SSL handshakes errors, it could be because of Incorrect certificate, Protocol mismatch, Cipher suite mismatch or SNI enabled server.
