Add custom font rule in Drupal Sub-theme

Hi Guys, am having issues, referencing to my custom font family to reflect on our portal. I've create the font rule and referenced the source(url:('relative path')) using my relative path successfully. But can not see it once deployed....

@Tando Maliwa , Have you cleared Drupal Cache & Browser cache ?

@Anil Sagar, Yes as admin flushed the cache but still no change. Was starting to wonder if coould it be something related to the font-face license issue?
