Edge On Prem 4.18.01 failing with QPID installation

Hi,

we are having issues with qpid installation for Apigee On Prem installation 4.18.01.

We are facing this issue due to qpid-proton-c-0.16.0-12.el7sat.x86_64 version. its working good with 0.14. The issue is with downloading qpid client and server.

Do we have any dependency with the qpid proton version ? is there any fix available or downgrade the qpid proton is the only option ?

@AswinBalakrishnan There is a community post for a lower version, in that they are saying to exclude proton reference by using some settings, please refer if that helps

Hi Rameesh,

There as also another post where i was able to install apigee without epel, so I didn't install EPEL and no epel.repo under yum.repos.d in that case can i update apigee.repo for this specification ?

and if this can be excluded and it doesn't create any issues why this was taken care of in future versions? I am installing 4.18.01
