Set custom attributes for developers

Is there a built in way to add and edit developers custom attributes in the developer portal?

I'm looking for a way to add a field when creating a new developer or when edit their profile to let admin set custom attributes from there.

Yes, Absolutely. Apigee officially supports 2 versions of Developer Portals. Apigee Developer Portal based on Drupal. Apigee Integrated Developer Portal that comes with Edge which is light weight in features & functionality.

Apigee Drupal 7 Developer Portal is available only for enterprises today. If you are talking about Apigee Drupal Developer Portal it provides functionality you are looking for out of the box.
