Hello,
If we expand the existing private cloud installation by adding other coponents or even data centers, what would happen to the existing deployed artifacts like the Apps, API proxies, Developers, KVMs, caches?
Is any action required? Or does Apigee synchronize this across through the existing data store configuration?
Thanks,
Girish

Girish,
All existing artifacts will be automatically synched up. You need to make sure you follow the steps as described in the links below.
https://docs.apigee.com/private-cloud/v4.18.05/adding-data-center
https://docs.apigee.com/private-cloud/v4.18.01/adding-router-or-message-processor-node
Make sure you take a backup so that you can restore incase anything happens. But Apigee scripts are very stable and you should not find any issues.
