I dunno. I suppose you could configure runscope to exercise the APIs you expose from Apigee Edge SaaS. How to do that... not sure. I am not a runscope expert.

The way you use runscope with APIs exposed via Apigee will not be materially different from the way you use runscope for any other API.

A few years back we occasionally used RunScope to set up monitoring and alerts for Edge cloud for a few clients. We also used the old Apigee Test product (RIP). Both seemed to work fine.

Unfortunately we stopped using Runscope once CA bought them. 😉

Arguably you can achieve as good monitoring and alerting using logging via splunk, stackdriver, sumo logic, etc...
