Cannot watch e-learning videos due to privacy settings.

On all e-learning videos I get the followin message:

Sorry

Because of its privacy settings, this video cannot be played here.

Update:

I can watch the videos on my android phone but not on my computer. I run fedora 26 in a qubues VM. I have tried it in booth firefox and chrome with umatrix and ubloxk origin turned off.

As I said in my question. Every video on e-learning gives that message. Would be many links if I would have to include all of them.
