Setting 2-way SSL (TLS) between Apigee Gateway and Target Server

Hi,

Could anyone guide me Step-by-Step, To establish 2-way SSL between APIGEE gateway and Target server(IBM Cloud).

I am new to API gateway configuration, I really appreciate if anyone help me step by step.
