User security and authorization in Apigee

I am very new to the world of APIs.

Is there a good artifact(webinar, web-article) which explains, the user security and authorization at a granular level.

I would like to understand

1.The relation between the user roles in an organization of Apigee Edge(Org Admin, Business User etc) to the resources in URIs.

2.How we can restrict or customize access to the resources in URIs.
