I am unable to reschedule my API Engineer Test..

Hi,

I have scheduled my exam May 8th, due to my family issues unable to attend the exam, but On Monday i.e May 7th, i have emailed to education@apigee.com,gcp-edge-certification@google.com about Rescheduling my exam about 4 times. but i never received any response from them. I even called the Online test center as well as Kryterion support team for rescheduling the exam. Can someone please help me to reschdule my exam..whom do i call or email..since i have sent several emails i didnt get reply before my exam also even today..

Please help me someone..
