apigee-service: edge-ui: edge-ui is not running

apigee-service: edge-ui: edge-ui is dead

Error: setup.sh: /opt/apigee/apigee-service/bin/apigee-service exited with unexpected status 3

All the apigee-services are running expect one i.e edge-ui.

Below mentioned two attachedment of edge-ui log file

You need to check the actual log file of the edge UI component.

Check the install / configuration docs to see the location.

Or look through the Ops guide.

Have you tried deleting the RUNNING_PID file as suggested in the output?

and the results were?

Simply run below see if you see multiple instances(usually it shouldn't)

ps -ef |grep edge-ui

What does logs say under below location?

/opt/apigee/var/log/edge-ui/
