Unable to add API spec into Portal due to property description maximum length exception

I'm unable to add API Spec into a portal it stops uploading and shows the message

"Property description exceeds maximum length 256: length is531 (id: 731406782)"

This happens for most of the specs which I added.

Previously we had an evaluation version of apigee where we didn't face this issue, once we moved to a Licensed version we are getting this error.

Please let me know how I can increase the description length.
