Hello All,

am getting * user=xxxxxxxx db=YYYYYYY host=XX.XXX.XXX.XX

ERROR: duplicate key value violates unique constraint "drupal_semaphore_pkey" *.

Plz help to resolve the issue.

Looks like you can ignore that error / modify logging as suggested in https://www.drupal.org/project/drupal/issues/1874966#comment-7346184.

However, you should upgrade to Drupal 7.58 right away - there's a vulnerability that gives an attacker complete site control, see https://www.drupal.org/sa-core-2018-002.
