SSL handshake failure debugging

I have a handshake failure happening from message processor to another party outside our org. We have configured 2 way tls in target endpoint collection. But the backend said they are receiving another set of certificates than what we have shared with them. Basically they shared screen shot with a different CN.

Is there anyway I can start some tools like wireshark on message processor to monitor traffic? Basically I am not sure how to debug this issue. Also the backend is outside the outside our org.

Please refer to the Playbook on Troubleshooting SSL Handshake Failures. It has instructions on how to gather tcpdump and analyse them using Wireshark.
