What is difference between apigee.override.delay and apigee.delay settings in maven POM configuration?

I was reading about maven integration with for source control and DevOps automation of APIGEE API promotions.

I observed there are 2 kinds of delay parameters in POM settings, I found information about override delay but didn't find any information about apigee.delay parameter setting.
