Bind proxy to virtual host

When you create a proxy using the UI the 4th step is to select the virtual hosts (I currently have default and secure). Once a proxy has been created how do you then bind that proxy to a new virtual host, or a host you didn't initially select when creating the proxy initially.

You will need to use the UI to modify the Proxy ENDPOINT.
