Every alternate request to my proxy is failing

Tried the following

I undeployed and redeployed. Also deleted the proxy and uploaded as a new version.

I can see green icon completely there is no half green. This says that it is deployed successfully.

It looks like some issue with back end servers. It got deployed to one server is backend but not other.

Any help?

FYI - I am using trial version. I uploaded the same proxy to a different user trial account. It is working fine in another user account.
