Required to Set Alert when LDAP health is not OK

Planning to set alert mechanism when the connectivity between Edge Management Server and LDAP is broken or when the LDAP service is down.

Checked for some reference from docs.apigee.com under how-to-monitor section for 4.16.05 version of Apigee but couldn't materialize any.

We have a health proxy where up and reachable services on manager server, router, message processor, qpid and postgres are monitored but we don't any service to be monitored for LDAP now
