Issue in proxy configuration

Hi,

I am using free trial for learning purpose and trying to deploy simple proxy on edge. It was working till last week however facing issue since last week. P.F.A. screen shot for details. Please suggest and this is not letting me create or access any new proxy. I have tried with different browsers as well but no luck..apigee-issue.png

Well i have seen this issue because of message processors or router failures , at least in on-premises versions. Since you are using cloud trial version , i guess you just have to wait until its fixed , most probably some server maintenance activity is going on .Issue is not related with your apigee proxy.

@Amit Kumar is correct..It's because MP is down.Please check with support(if cloud) else check if it is on-prem run below command

apigee-service edge-message-processor status
apigee-service: edge-message-processor: OK

where should I enter this command?

Are you using apigee on-prem or cloud? If it is on-prem login to server where you have message processor is running & execute below command.
