Not equals flow variable

Can somebody explan me in wich case and why shows api-gee trace these variable to not equals?

This is not crystal clear me.

It means that the value was not set, the variable may be read only or an error may have prevented the value from being set: https://docs.apigee.com/api-platform/debug/using-trace-tool-0#understandingthephasedetails
