I created a custom template for article after that am seeing this error

I created custom template for content type using the display suit 1-col, in past I did the same at that time I didn't get any errors

This is showing on the "/opt/apigee/apigee-drupal-devportal-4.17.01.01-0.0.96/themes/apigee_responsive/templates/system/html.tpl.php",

Error Msg:
