microgateway without apigee cloud

1. Can the edge microgateway run without contacting the apigee edge cloud ?

2. Is there any way we could stop sending anlaytics data to apigee edge cloud ?

3. can we save the analytics information locally ?

Hi Mahesh,

Microgateway retrieves its configuration from Apigee Cloud. It is best thought of as an extension of Apigee Cloud used to embed a runtime in your service locally. Therefore, it is not at this time feasible to run without contacting Apigee Cloud.

Currently the only supported configuration and analytics engine is Apigee Cloud. The microgateway components are under a permissive license, and you're welcome to adapt the engine if you like.
