creating no target proxy with specs giving error

I am trying to create a No target proxy with a spec but the same is failing in Build step. Getting error "Error uploading proxy: Unauthorized"

I am trying to create this proxy in my own trial organization level, not sure why this unauthorized issue is coming

I have seen the same error as well. It worked for me to open an incognito browser window in Chrome. Can you test that out? If it works it means it's an issue with your browser, maybe clearing cached data will help?

You may be logged out in the background, I've seen the UI act like I'm still logged in, only until I try to do something that requires a management API call.
