I am getting below error when trying to create Org in BaaS

Failed to provision trial organization, please contact Apigee Support. Status: 400, Message: {"error":"bad_request","error_description":"Unable to create trial org at this time."}

I am having the the same issue when going through the UI, it could be due to the fact that BaaS will soon be discontinued in favour of external NoSql solutions such as Google Cloud Datastore and Bigtable. Please verify that with Apigee support if you have one.
