End user registration without using app

Hello everyone, I want to use my API proxy directly to the end user. I do not need any developer. The end user has to get an API key and I want to get the analytics of the end user. My application is monitoring the api calls from my own portal of the users registered in my portal.

Can we do this in apigee? If so, please provide me with some references.

An API Key is related to a Developer App, so you would have to create one per user. To create an App, you must have a Developer but you could set this to a dummy email address.

There are APIs to create the developer app and even to set the API key, and this will allow you to use analytics.
