Unable to create any support ticket on support portal. Anyone else facing the similar issue?
Its giving error like "CaseTrigger: execution of AfterInsert caused by: System.FinalException: Record is read-only Class.CaseTriggerHandler.process: line 9, column 1 Trigger.CaseTrigger: line 2, column 1".

Sorry for the inconvenience caused. Did you encounter this error when you were trying to raise a Support case versus a Service request? In the interin, I will open up a case for you while we work on getting this fixed.
