Encrypt Consumer Key & Consumer Secret & Hashing tokens

Need some assistance on below questions.

1)

For security reasons we want to use encrypted Consumer Key & Consumer Secret? Is there a way to do? We are in 14.6.09.

2)

Also can any expert throw some light on below hashing tokens? It isn't clear regarding the usage?

What specific properties it is referring?

1) you might consider the following link: encrypted KVM .

2) for hashing tokens, you can specify OAuth token generation with hashing value. the above doc link is based on how to set up hashing tokens for OAuth2 policy. it is based on the organization level. this setup should be configured before deploying proxies.
