Old org is going to be deleted soon, when is the new org with "-eval" be available ?

Hi all , I got an email with the title -"We’re closing your Apigee evaluation Org in 30 days" -

on the 16th of November 2017 and it has indicated that a new org '-eval' will be created.

but I just checked(2-Jan-2018) and it still hasn't been created, does anyone know when it will be available? I am keen to migrate the proxies asap but have nowhere I can move it to.

I am also anxious that I would not be able to migrate it in time before it gets removed and therefore loose all the sample references that I have created in the past.
